This family farm has been run by the Heatley family since 1914 and is an idyllic setting for a Victorian themed festival with the Sugarloaf Mountain providing an amazing backdrop and the views of the coastline sparkling in the distance are stunning.

Our fantastic programme of events guarantees you a day out like no other! There are wide arrays of activities that will appeal to all ages and keep you entertained for an entire day! The festival programme includes; Steam Threshing – a sight not seen on this farm in over sixty years; Tug of War battles; Vintage car and tractor shows; Artisan market and food fair. Other Entertainment highlights include puppetry; pony rides; Dog shows ; Horseshoe throwing; Nail Driving; Archery; Falconry;  Kids games and carousels and a variety of exciting competitions.

The Festival is organised entirely by dedicated volunteers and the local parishes of Enniskerry. Each year the proceeds of the day are divided between the joint parishes and a national charity organisation. We have chosen to work with the amazing Lakers for 2016. Lakers is a sport and recreational club for children and adults with an intellectual disability. The club provides a wide range of sporting, educational and essential support services to members across Leinster. They have been in operation since 1989 and currently have 400 members supported by 130 volunteers and staff.

‘In Lakers we passionately believe that each member is unique, has their own abilities and is entitled to the opportunity for a better future.’ www.Lakers.ie
